Our parts are aftermarket brand (unless otherwise stated) and they meet the Original Manufacturers (OEM) specs so you get essentially a part that does the same job for a more cost effective outlay

Do your sensors have any warranty?

Yes all our sensors and parts come inclusive of a 1 year warranty

 
How do I place an order?

Search on your part number of look under the make and model of your vehicle, once you have found the correct part simply order, make your payment and your part will be on it’s way to you.

I'm not sure if this is the right sensor?
The best way to buy a sensor is to get the number from your existing unit. You can always get the part number from your dealer.


Are the auto sensors used or reconditioned?

The auto sensors are all brand new, they are factory tested and defective free

I think I have ordered the wrong part, what can I do?
It is your responsibility for matching the OEM parts serial number, please check BEFORE placing an order. Please contact us if this has happen so we can resolve this issue in the way acceptable to both parties.

The auto sensor does not work.
As our auto sensors are brand new and factory tested, they should reach you in full working order. If you think the auto sensor is defective then please return it to us and once the item has been confirmed as defective we will issue you a replacement.

How long will it take to get my order from auto-sensor?

we only sell the products listed on our site. But we can always locate the part you need, just let us know.

Can you help me, I’m not sure if the auto sensor is the problem?

Although we are auto sensor specialists, we cannot solve complex technical problems over the phone.

Therefore, if you have any serious doubts about the diagnosis of a problem or don’t have the necessary tools or knowledge to remove/fit certain parts, we really recommend that you consult or seek the assistance of an automobile specialist before placing an order on our site.
